The structure of GYTS optical cable is to put 9/125μm single-mode optical fiber or 50/125μm, 62.5/125μm multi-mode optical fiber (silicon dioxide) into a loose tube made of high-grade water-blocking material, and the loose tube is filled with water-blocking compound material. The center of the cable core is a metal reinforcing core. For multi-core optical cables, the reinforcing core needs to be covered with a layer of PE jacket. The loose tube and the filling rope are twisted around the central reinforcing core to form a compact and round cable core. The gaps in the cable core are filled with water-blocking fillers. The double-sided corrugated steel belt (PSP) is longitudinally wrapped and then extruded into a polyethylene sheath to form a cable.

The loose tube material itself has good hydrolysis resistance and high strength

◆ The PE sheath has good resistance to ultraviolet radiation
◆ The single steel wire center reinforcement core helps the parallelism and stretching of the optical cable
◆ It is resistant to stretching, abrasion, impact, flattening, repeated bending, twisting, bending, winding (bending angle does not exceed 90°), shooting, etc., and has good mechanical properties and temperature characteristics
◆ The double-sided corrugated steel belt (PSP) improves the moisture resistance of the optical cable. At the same time, the corrugated part can be better combined with PE to make the structure more solid.
◆ GYTS single-mode optical cable has fast transmission speed, long distance, good confidentiality, anti-electromagnetic field interference, good insulation, good chemical stability, long life, low loss, and has good characteristics and economic benefits.
